• Price Protection – your agreement price won't be increased during ten effective dates - prices will not be raised for the following renewal periods without first informing you - we charge by the job, not the hour, so you save money!
• UPP Service and Inspections - potential problems can be corrected before they lead to huge plumbing repair bills and avoid the need for emergency services
• Peace of mind - your water heater and fixtures will receive an annual inspection, lubrication, adjustment, and cleaning so that they'll operate at peak performance - potential problems are detected before they cause issues
• Competent team at your service – our staff of competent, trained, and dependable experts will look after your plumbing fixtures and their performance - we'll work with your schedule to keep everything convenient for you
• Preferred Treatment – UPP will increase your plumbing reliability - however, should you need emergency service, UPP entitles you to preferential treatment
• Value-Rate Pricing – get “value rate” on all plumbing repairs during the term of this agreement - this rate will equal approximately 10- 25% off on all tasks printed in our menu pricing book
